Bayesian Models for Mult-Modal Brain Signals

​• Various brain signals capture different aspect of brain function: local field potentials measure electrophysiological activity of the neurons while functional magnetic resonance imaging measure hemodynamic activity. 
We will develop Bayesian models with physiologically-justified priors that integrate the different modalities in order to give a more complete picture of brain function. 
The challenges lie in the complexity of each modality and in the computation for these high dimensional models and massive data size.
